Project Overview
The Hartford Insurance Co. has been helping small business owners achieve their dreams for over 200 years. In these lighthearted and whimsical films, Main Street small business owners are celebrated, and visited, by The Hartford’s iconic brand symbol: The Hartford Buck.

These two spots are part of The Hartford’s “Nothing Small” campaign. I worked with The Hartford to develop the scripts, then directed the shoot and led The Mill’s post-production team to final delivery.

In its 200+ year history, The Hartford Buck has had the backs of

over 1 million small business owners. These films celebrate two of them:

Sue's Shoes (above) and Simon's Sweets (below)
