The zero trust approach is a complex IT security framework that detects and manages risks at every turn. It is the technical philosophy on which IBM Security thrives. To demonstrate the fundamental principles of zero trust, we executed — and captured — a high-stakes motorsports stunt.

The world of motorsports and IT security have more in common than you might think. With safety and security at the forefront of both fields, success is reliant on an enormous amount of skill and preparation. In this film, a team of experts work together to show how zero trust works in action.

We worked with our own team of experts to pull this off. Our pyro-technicians at JemFX, along with professional driver Justin Sofio, elevated the physicality and authenticity of the stunt. All driving and fireballs were done for real, and captured over the course of a hair-raising shoot.
